The Peace Museum — Attraction in Bradford

A small - but surprising museum, with limited room for displays But the space is used well with interesting exhibits. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Well worth a visit!

The noise of chanting women from the old recordings did my head in. Journalist Argument and flute playing were other audio features. I had to leave as I couldn’t stand it after a few mins. This is an hidden gem of bradford as not many people remember this is here. There never was much advertising when this opened either. The museum goes back centuries with the history of england and shows clothing, food, machinery, etc over the years. The main theme though obviously is peace and it covers all the great wars and is interesting. It shows the weapons used, the ways...
