Costa is Costa, wherever you go, whichever branch you attend it is consistent with the food and drink, being subjectively great, good, bad or horrible.

Keighley Costa is no exception to this rule, what is exceptional is the staff friendliness and professional. Every visit has been a great experience with the staff being very patient and accommodating.

The quality of the food is the essentially the same as the majority of the Costa chain, but the staff are far friendlier here than a lot of the other stores, and make the experience stand out against the general repetitive nature of the company's identikit cafés.
