Domino's Pizza - Keighley — Restaurant in Bradford

whilst driving home I decided to call into the Branch and order a pizza the chap who was serving was incredibly helpful and even told us what deals were on offer we decide to wait whilst he cooked the Pizza and 10-15 minutes alter we were served. The shop looked uncared for and scruffy from the outside and was not exactly gleaming like pizza hut was in Bingley The only reason I went to Dominoes was because Pizza hut shut at 9pm and Dominoes was still open. whilst waiting the delivery driver came back his hair was long and unkempt and and he insisted on shouting across the shop to the lad that had served us Finally we got our pizza and we paid took off and left whilst the pizza itself looked ok to me it was under cooked and I came to regret going to Domino's as I ended up feeling unwell later which I do not know whether it was the pizza or not but given the appearance of the shop and the way the staff looked I definitely will not go to the shop again. The whole place looked like it was been run on a shoestring , image is everything and I would not be surprised if it was shut in a few months as it had the appearance of a business that...

Incorrect order delivered and when I contacted them I was told that I would have to wait till the morning to speak to a manager. Would replace or refund at the time. Finally after arguing they agreed to cancel the order so I got a refund. Attitude was terrible so contacted customer service who then arranged a replacement order for another day. Rang to place this order over a week later and was told they couldn't do it as no manager in. When I said this was getting ridiculous now the manager miraculously walked through the door at that exact moment! 10mins later and still couldn't sort my order as couldn't find this on my account. Went to the store and the 'manager' somehow managed to find the order on my account straight away and organised the order, whilst telling me he had loads of complaints to deal with! Whilst waiting, saw most staff with masks under their chins, and some of the comments between colleagues were disgraceful and almost bullying! Even then they managed to give me some of the wrong order! Long post but basically avoid! More trouble than it's worth, loads of excuses...

So the last time I ordered Domino's from Bingley, they were without a doubt the worst pizzas we had ever eaten. Absolute undercooked slop. The base reminded me of a tear and share brioiche it was that undercooked and the topping was nothing but a mixture of grease and cold stale meat. Both my wife and I felt absolutely sick to our stomachs after forcing a few slices down just to try and fill a hole. It's been a few months since then, we figured we'd let bygones by bygones and tried it instead, from Keighley Dominos. Worst decision we've made since ordering the last one. Undercooked raw tomato-pasted slop, once again. Never in my life will I ever order a Domino's again - either supervisors aren't taking their eyeballs off of social media on their phones and letting people walk in off the street to make the pizzas or staff are being trained by home-made YouTube tutorials. There is NO love in Dominos pizzas anymore.
