Got a regular and a pasty,, they tried to over charge me (not the deal price) when I challenged them the person I believe to be a manager responded in very rude and arrogant manor it's 30p more for a large coffee,,,, I pointed out it was a regular coffee I had actually got,,,her response was next customer At that point I also pointed out that there advertisement says any hot drink?? Not regular so in fact a large drink should be included in the deal,,,,next customer next next next was her only response...

If I could give nil stars then I would. Been to this store today,20th may. Person behind the counter was rude and brusque. My husband asked her if she had any cheese and ham baguettes and she said its all out there. Not so sorry we have non left or can I get you anything else, no she was just plain rude,as if she was doing us a favour. Wondered why the Wilds bakery was full inside and out so now I know. I once walked past this greggs, and saw a homeless man stealing while a worker fought to keep hold of the sausage roles. I felt bad, that one felt the need to steal and one had to defend such a big company. Today changed me, I don’t feel bad for the workers, they’re rude, horrible and I hope to never step foot in that disgusting greggs ever again.
