Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

What a shame! Stop and get a coffee or something to eat on a regular from here , the lady on the til was rude and had no customer service skills what so ever she basically threw a paper bag at me and said its self service put your things in yourself! She also was playing on her phone whilst I was stood there waiting for custom! Made me feel quite embarrassed in front of other customers. Her nails were long and cringe wasn't wearing any gloves and chewing gum deffo something you don't expect! Went in today, staff at the back ( the whole place has been revamped) if staff are at the back they can’t see customers coming in!!!
