The floor is crazy slippery even the waitress mentioned how it was hard to walk on it: Please clear the floor with degreaser before someone gets hurt

I have ordered from here before, but this time around i think the quality of the food has dropped so much i dont know how they can still stay in business. Anyways i ordered a mix kebab and on multiple occasions it was to a very good standard. The food was well prepared, tasted nice and you could have another.

Recently however i dont really know what they served me. The sheekh kebab of the mix kebab looked to be frozen kebab heated up in the microwave and not freshly made and served. The shami kebab was hard and bland literally no flavour. It just looked like a lump of round meat. Samosa was nice and the onion bhajis werent bad either. Clearly both of these items were not made in house i can say that for a fact. The salad they previously served was high and now well poor in comparison. The chili sauce was always good and now it tastes like water with colorred food powder. Customer service was decent so no complaints there.

Ordered from mangos many times its 50/50 depends who's working. This time I waited an extra hour for the food, starving, experienced with this takeaway I checked it was warm before paying from previous experience, it was stone cold in the bag, so before opened I asked the driver to hold the bags and tell me if it was cold or warm he said cold sorry sir. I phoned mangos before driver left said I would pay half since its really cold, he said its made fresh pay or we leave, so I said leave. Honestly can't believe I waited an hour and half in total and was nearly forced to pay full price. Never again. Will review again when taken down. Extremely let down.
