OK I walked In the restaurant in Bradford on kirkgate I was waiting for the machines to turn to 11, so where a few other customers when they came on the manage was stood near the kiosk and tried to scan my qr code which did not work, I asked the manager to help as I tried to show him the problem he walked off. So I went to the counter and a very nice lady was taking my order, all was fine. Suddenly the manager came up and said I'll take this one so I had to go through it again with him I asked what offers where on and he said to leave so I got my phone out. Because I genuinely felt threatened another customer I have never seen said what have you don't I seen it all you haven't don't nothing, so I got my phone out for my protection and the manager ran round the counter trying to push me out and grab my phone. Then he pretended to call the police told everyone not to serve me. And asked me to leave the other customer asked what have I done and said you can tell he is shook up and he's done nothing wrong I seen it from start to finish. What I dont get why did he deliberately take the order to start an argument I am literally on my knees for money at the moment and though I'd treat my self that's why I asked the deals he took it as though I was trying to rip him off. I asked the dealers because at the counter you can not see the deals like on the kiosk. To top it off he rang the alarm when all I was doing is trying to order I ended by walking out my self and saying thank you. He as also said I have been thrown out now I know it's kirkgate but I have never been thrown out of any shop in Bradford and am a very friendly loving person as whole. I get on with every shop as family and as a community. I literally got my phone out as he was getting aggressive I have built up over 10,000 points here with no issues. The other girl scanned my points no problem then he took over and kicked me out. Was the strangest mcdonalds experience ever literally assaulted by the manager.

Just thought I’d fuel up before my train journey so pit stop in bfd McDonald s the place was pretty quiet for 9am on a Sunday morning not sure what time the place opens but there was plenty of staff about a guy was in the entrance with his arms folded not a friendly welcoming for morning the guy didn’t look happy but I went onto order has per usual so found a seat near the window I sat down to hairs all over the table & you would have thought a clean or at least mop the floor after close of business or start of business before your doors open has it’s a pretty new designed lay out which I find a poor excuse not to keep clean or on top has it is a food place so hygiene should be top of the priority also I noticed a guy doing the windows he seemed to struggle but nobody eats off the windows I would have wiped the tables down first or floors but to my surprise the young lady who brought my order over was very pleasant so she made the experience a bit better that’s all it takes good customer service or a warm welcome they did seem to be a lot of staff just not doing much so why not have them cleaning oh well the food was has you would expect for McDonald s just plain simple I was just keeping my nut dry plus a coffee to wake me up plus pass the time also watching the characters walk past the windows some smoking joints others begging I mean it’s a prime spot for goggle box there is even a tent over the road and the local plastic council wardens came in for a nosey plus a brew not bad just walking round the city centre all day getting paid for doing bought .The cleaning has to improve that’s a must but the food was fine the service fine

On a busy pedestrianised area of town with lots of foot traffic . Two automatic sliding door to enter the store then I had to turn immediately right and up the ramp to shop floor .After placing my order I found a table end to sit at with my little number plate . The young lady brought my food across for me and it was piping hot . I had no problems today this early and as parts where still closed off I couldn’t explore , except to say is there is plenty of space upstairs (no lift) and also out back . The shop design is very garage ! The only downside to my visit was the trip to the disabled toilet . It’s located under the stairs ! The outer door had to be opened by a member of staff, and she also opened the interior door which was on a 90 degree turn which was very tight . In fact my chair was too large . However the lady spotted this and closed the outer door for me until I came out

I don't want to comment anything regarding the food it's same in all the outlets. Food was good, we ordered Veggie wrap, Chicken bacon wrap, crispy chicken burger n veggie burger with fries n Fanta costed me GBP18 which is a decent amount. But I would like to comment on the cleanliness, I am staying in UK for last 5 years n this is the first restaurant that I have visited in these 5 years which is so dirty. My son denied to get down from his stroller looking at the condition. First of all this Kirkgate outlet they claims to be opened till 11pm n we went there for dinner at 7:30 almost 80% of the restaurant was closed. Only 3 tables were there to sit n rest few high stools. Initially we waited for 15 mins to get a table then got one which was in a very bad shape. The people who were eating they messed up the entire table n nobody from the staff were bothered to clean it. I wonder why. I saw lots of people standing n eating that's so strange having so many empty tables, but the sad part is they have blocked the other part of the restaurant so you can't go n sit there to eat. I am definitely not going at that filthy...
