On March 29, 2025, at 3:35 PM, I visited this bubble tea store in Bradford, only to experience one of the most appalling customer service encounters I have ever faced.

I ordered a taro milk tea, expecting a smooth and flavorful drink, but what I received was utterly undrinkable. It had an overwhelming, cloying sweetness and an unappealing texture, as if I were consuming raw sugar or soggy cake crumbs. Naturally, I brought this to the attention of the male employee behind the counter, who casually dismissed my concern by claiming that the potato from the taro was responsible for the unpleasant taste. He then offered to prepare a replacement drink, without once mentioning that I would need to pay again.

After waiting 15-20 minutes—during which all other customers were served—I politely requested a strawberry milk tea as my replacement. Shockingly, the employee’s demeanor shifted to one of complete indifference. He rolled his eyes, barely concealing his irritation, before abruptly informing me that I would have to pay for a new drink due to store policy. At no point during our previous exchange was this policy communicated to me, making his sudden demand feel not only unfair but deliberately misleading.

This level of disregard for customer satisfaction and basic service standards is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against visiting this establishment, as my experience highlights a clear lack of professionalism and respect for...

OMG I love this place!! I’ve ordered few times here, this time I got the Oolong milk tea with tapioca, it is quite a unique item in the UK and I love the strong milky flavour of it. Needless to say the tapioca is very big, chewy and soft, the brown sugar adds a perfect sweetness to it’s well. I also ordered the bubble waffles, look at how perfectly puffed it is!! Buttery and eggy, with a hint of sweetness. You can pair it up with ice creams as well!! Love the variety. I ordered an orange jasmine tea for my mum previously too, she said it’s very refreshing and very balanced. Went to city centre for shopping suddenly my eyes caught this huge bubble tea 🧋 cup not sure what you call it anyways Went in saw so many cute teddybears on wall with sticky note i felt like I'm in one of the movies from Chinese or Korean, I really loved it nice and cute , they had the mango pancake that I love and I tried their Oreo pancake that was delicious, I also purchased strawberry milk tea was amazing ngl ,definitely will recommend, the only thing is that the place is quite small, they do have seating place, and the staff was very lovely and cute, I went twice to that shop ,same day lol but yeah definitely will...
