Absolutely Disgusting – DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Subway. I ordered a footlong margherita and a portion of waffle fries, and the quality was beyond disgusting – completely unacceptable and should not be allowed to be served to the public.
The margherita was soggy, wet, cold and entirely inedible. It looked like someone had just slapped on a bit of tomato sauce with barely any cheese, no care taken whatsoever. The bread hadn’t even been slightly toasted – it was limp, wet and genuinely revolting.
As for the waffle fries, the portion was pitifully small, and most of them weren’t even in waffle form – it looked like someone had just chopped up a whole potato and tossed it in the box. I only ate a few because I was absolutely starving and it’s my lunch break – I don’t have time to go and buy something else or make food.
To make matters worse, I tried to contact the store using the number listed on the website, but it doesn’t even work. So I will be visiting the store in person to return the food and speak to someone directly. I want my money back – this is not acceptable in any way.
This level of quality is not just poor – it’s appalling. If this is the standard being served, the place needs to be shut down. Completely...
Read moreI was ignored, they spoke amongst themselves whilst I was ordering and asked me several times what I wanted, when I ordered a sandwich they no longer put together, instead of asking for advice from one another the two men who are yapping together had to be told by the intervening woman who was the only one trying to keep everything afloat bless her.
They served two people after me and it seemed with every customer they could only handle a single sandwich whenever each of us had sides or more items , these guys seemed to not rememebr any of the orders and couldn't get the order done right.
I felt very ignored and was asked allot of questions , yet they forgot all of my answers... I felt like I was there for 20 odd mins for 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. I also wanted to order more but they weren't bothered , they seemed to rush me. Read moreSome of the team need urgent customer service training before people walk with their feet. Especially if McDonald comes to town, who know customer service. A tall young guy refused to exchange cold old tasting meatballs. One meatball was eaten from each of the two tubs so that was his justification not to exchange for customer’s dissatisfaction. He was very defensive refusing than just swooping. He got very loud and fortunately another more trained member of staff had to step in and smooth matters out. Meatballs had been in since 9am so over 4hrs and end of the morning batch and temp probe in the heater was just a few degrees above minimum level so this was enough to justify poor taste and temp!
