Sweet Sensations — Restaurant in Bradford

Went to the store with my daughter to order a £4.50 Belgian Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I was charged £5.95 and when I asked why I was given some lies about it being because of the extra UBER eats delivery cost. I said it didn't make sense as we weren't using Uber eats. I was collecting directly from them. The guy then said it was because we had ordered a large portion. Explained that I didn't order a large. He had deliberately tried to make it a large. He then said he wouldn't be able to refund the extra £1.45 as it was on card and the payment had gone through. I told him you could refund it. He then said he could but it would go through on the next day. I told him that was fine. Just refund it. Next day, no refund gone into my account. And it should have had 20% off the original £4.50 cost (90p) because it was a collection order (says it on their menu). So, well done pal...you managed to rob me of £2.35. Doesn't seem worth it for all the bad word-of-mouth you are...

Wouldn’t recommend no sweet balance in deserts I didn’t like the ice creams truthfully plus delivery came really late in the night around 1am you pay for your order to arrive on time but as for me no updates on when my order would’be arrived deserts were left outside on my front porch not packed properly no spoons as well plus when I tried to contact the store via Uber eats manager was full of attitude no good communication skills towards customers at all was very unpleasant I will not be...

Ordered from Uber eats at 23:10 ish and was really happy with the price I paid. We got the raspberry cookie dough and the Oreo ice cream which was beautiful. It arrived at 12 so 20 minutes over my estimated time of arrival but I messaged on Instagram and they got straight back to me with a response and an apology saying they’d sent my order out.
