Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Braintree

I ordered online on today's date, at around 17:00 hours. The order, as of 18:10 had not arrived. So I called the store. I spoke to an individual who was rude and unhelpful, when I asked where the order was. He hurried me off the phone and then hung the phone up on me

I called back wanting to speak to the individual, as I do not appreciate being dealt with. I was not rude, I merely challenged him as to why the order had not arrived - despite a notification saying it had. I spoke to another individual who advised the first persons' name as Syaed. I asked what his position was, as I was hoping to speak to his manager and was told "that's not my business" and the phone was hung up the 2nd time.

After the call ended the food arrived, my partner felt the boxes and they were lukewarm at best. We were also advised the ice cream wasn't to be supplied - but we were not notified that at the time of order or asked if we would like an alternative. I refused the order at the door on the basis that the food was cold, order was incomplete and I did not want to deal with a company that treated customers in this...

Vegans and Vegetarians best avoid!

We ordered tonight from Braintree Essex the festive meal deal which was just the standard meal deal but rebranded. we are Vegetarians so we ordered two large margarita pizzas, a Vegan bites side, and 4 cheese potato tots. we were given Chicken bites! in the vegan side box!. which was an extremely nasty shock. we also had one pizza which was considerably smaller than the other by 2 inches and the telephone service of Sayed was appalling. we kept asking him for a manager and for direction on resolving this. and even for him to just to come back to the phone as he was shouting things at us in the distance even though we were telling him we couldnt hear him and couldnt understand him. he insisted we were lying about our order and in his words 'I made it myself' well if he was so sure of that then surely Chicken! should absolutely not be in a vegan side! we were regular customers prior and after this experience and the horrible customer service we will never be ordering again. we would strongly advise fellow vegetarians or vegans to avoid so you dont have the same...

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a pizza easily on the app. 10 mins later get a call that they only have 2 x Wheat Free pizza bases not the 3 required for the order. Lady on the phone said would we like something else or store credit. Choose store credit as cannot have anything else, she said no problem and our order will be with us shortly. (19.22). App showed status delivered at 20.11 actually arrived 20.29. Called to ask where the store credit voucher was and the young lad was polite and said he needed to pass me to someone that can help. Lady came on and knew the order and said yes only two pizzas we couldn’t do the 3rd and store credit. I said exactly but no store credit arrived? How do I receive this.
