Coco — Restaurant in Breckland District

Such a shame I have to write this review. We were with friends sitting nicely and patiently for our order. However I then notice 2 families being served before us that I knew arrived after us. When I asked the new waitress, why, my answer was "I dont know you'll have to complain yourself" .

Rather than "sorry I will find out for you, or were busy and I think maybe a mistake was made in the kitchen"

I completely respect it wasn't the waitresses fault!

I completely respect our order may have accidentally been miss looked over in the wrong order too!

The place was also busy and I was even telling my children of for being upset as it was busy and they were waiting inpatiently.

Furthermore the chef had a nose, to put a face to my voice by popping his head out of the Kitchen and glaring across at our table!

Such a shame as there are some lovely friends that work there.

Possibly a genuine mistake, certainly not dealt with kindly or appropriately. Has now lost custom. Which I'm sure won't worry them much However I would like to share my...

We were not welcomed when we entered, not a good start. We saw on the reviews that it had a good atmosphere, I can assure you it didn’t, it was like gods waiting room. As for the food, tasteless, greasy and poor ingredients. We did try to complain, but were shot down and told that we were the first to complain in 9 years, I doubt that tbf. Lastly the cook happened to come out of the kitchen and I’m not joking, he looked like he needed a good wash. Disgusting food, horrendous atmosphere and rude...

Had yet another excellent Sunday lunch at Cocos. Three words, superb, superb, superb! Lovely quality Roast beef dinner....a local gem! Give it a try...you wont be disappointed. Well done everybody...
