Domino's Pizza - Swaffham — Restaurant in Breckland District

I know this branch quite well. Thise is Domino's so what can I say. Sometimes they are very busy especially during high order times, they sometimes miss a call (but I can place an order with home delivery via their app. or drive up to do quickly order) or a mistake, but they will sort out the mistake 👍 so they are ok. High standard is clean and you can ordered and et in side hot tasty good quality food, lots of interesting deals, well organized, nice and fast, if you like pizza, or you are a pizza lover this place is for you. Also someone who does not like pizza will find something for themselves, a wrap, tasty chicken, in several forms, fries, or potato wedges.. My experience with this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. Three orders, two missing items, and a third time with an app claiming my order was "out for delivery" for over 30 minutes. Attempts to communicate with the staff were futile due to their poor grasp of English. Concerns about cold food couldn't be expressed, as even a second call yielded the same language barrier. When the delivery finally arrived, 40 minutes later, the pizza was lukewarm, and the fries were cold. I have had dominos pizza from Swaffham on a weekly basis, and the taste of their pizzas have been rather consistent and delicious, however my latest experience was far from it.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and ate around half of it, the half I ate tasted good until I took the next bite and my tongue was met with a fowl ink like taste, almost like pen ink.

I have no idea why a part of this pizza tastes like pen ink but I let the bite of pizza fall out of my mouth and back into the box and disposed of the rest, highly...
