Greggs — Restaurant in Breckland District

We always pop in here when visiting a relative. I was very impressed with Tanya who had excellent customer service skills! We had to wait for my vegan sausages to cook but while we waited she brought our coffee to the table...Obviously noted I had a vegan request and checked that dairy milk in coffee ok for me! She also popped back to see which sauces we would like with rolls.... Her communication was great and with a lovely friendly smile! Credit where it is due ....Tanya made our breakfast...

Me and my son went to greggs to day to get some lunch we was looking at the baguettes and when we looked around loads people in there on the door has 4 people in at one not the whole of town and when we went pay the lady said social distance oh well not mind I walked out with my son and I was disgusted with my experience in Gregg's I will say this now if you keep your eye on the shop to make sure social distance is in place if you can't why keep the shop you ain't making...

The staff are really good and coffee is always nice, although on my last visit 2x people in front of me asked for a cappuccino and I saw the girl pressing the latte button. I also ordered a cappuccino but had a different server and she did press the right button. Not sure if one of the machines were broken.
