Saturday night, and we hadn't booked a table. They were able to squeeze us in on the little table by door (which is in an awkward place. With door opening towards us) however we were thankfull as in less than 30mins the resturant was full to the brim with pre booked reservations and other walk in diners having to be turned away. Drinks are very reasonably priced. We enjoyed poppadoms (no green spicy dip but a new red dip I've not had before, not spicy though) a main each and a side each. The overall bill was cheap! We will be back again (with a pre-booked table) staff friendly and attentive

We ordered through the Uber eats app, it took a little longer than it said it would to arrive but the overall food was actually very nice. We ordered onion bhajis, Meat Samosa, Bombay Aloo, Egg rice, special fried rice, Garlic naan, peshwari naan, Dansak Dish and Poppadoms with Churneys. It was a delicious Indian takeaway, the chicken and potatoes were all cooked perfectly. I just felt some dishes were lacking in enough seasoning and spiciness. But this is personally preference.

Never again. My partner ordered us food from here tonight. The Tarka Dhal was like water. The chips had clearly been refried about 3 times. They weren't edible, they stayed in the bag. The pictures don't even do justice to how bad they were in person. The chicken tikka was poor. No way will I ever pay for food from here again. The standard used to be good enough to justify the expensive price but now Cinnamon has clearly declined in quality, massively.

After a particularly long tough day, at 7pm realising we had next to nothing in we ordered approx £43 of food to be delivered. After 2 hours!!!! I called them, to be told that there was a problem with the delivery and another driver would be collecting the food to deliver. It should be 15mins, well we don't even live 15mins away from there. They intended to deliver food that had been sat in a car over 2hours by this point! The car was also broken down within a 5min walk of my home.... I'd have happily collected it some time ago had they communicated an issue with us. I asked if they could offer a discount for this order which they couldn't (cash order so hadn't yet paid luckily!), or if they would remake the food. I'm not comfortable reheating rice or cream based dishes! The young man on the phone actually told me that reheating rice is fine!? I've now seen other reviews stating food poisoning! With that poor food hygiene practice, lack of communication from them and frankly terrible customer service, I would steer well clear of place! They made a long day into a cr*p evening and ultimately we all went...

Lighting a bit bright, could go down a tad to be more ambient Our Bombay potatoes were cold on arrival. Which was not ideal , I did say they were cold when someone ventured over to ask how our food was ...no sign of the attentive waiters others have spoken about ,The two curry dishes were nice , but again these were not as hot as they could have been ..pilau rice just looked like white basmati. Unimpressive Nan bread . It was ok , but lots of room for improvement, especially in the Temparature of the served food ..we were the only people in there at 6pm in the evening,so that food should have been piping hot Not an overly fantastic experience for our first visit , it was my birthday, so I felt a bit let down .. I would go again just to see if things were better , but if it wasn't , I would stick with the new saffron ..no fancy decor ..but damned good food and a warm welcome ..the cinnamon welcome was about as Luke warm...

Pre-ordered food at around 5pm (before they opened) and ordered for delivery at 6:20 allowing 10 or so minutes as delivery from any company are rarely on time, so played it safe. Or so I thought. Food eventually turned up at 7:20 over an hour late. I had to call to get an update and was told 'sorry we're busy the driver is now leaving..." I understand places get busy but if I've pre-ordered I'd expect it a lot closer to my delivery time than I got it. Food was tepid, nothing was 'hot'. Naan breads lacked in flavour (we ordered a Garlic Naan and a Cheese Naan) may as well have been plain. Onion Bhaji was awful, not sure what happened to them but no real flavours, the texture was rather odd. Curry was ok, not the best didn't get a lot of heat spice wise. It's a real shame as the menu in comparison to others locally looked fantastic. I can only hope they employee more staff if they're really that run off their feet on a...
