Rude staff, ordered on their website. May I add not the first time I regularly use this cafe. I Was told my food would be here in 45 minutes called them after an hour and 20 minutes and was told my food was 5 minutes away. Called back after a hour and 45 minutes because still no food. Was left waiting while she went and spoke to someone, for 10 minutes she came back and said I don’t know what you want me to do your food isn’t here it’s on its way. I then explained I’ve been waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes when I was told delivery time was 45 minutes to well your food is not here. Not good enough at all. Ordered through a delivery service and said it would be about an hour, when there was nothing after over an hour I called and they said they cancelled the order and didn’t accept it. Annoyed I went and ordered elsewhere and they arrived quickly within 30 minutes, about 30 minutes later an order from Concorde arrived and refused the delivery because of the fact they said it was cancelled I ordered elsewhere. Soon after they proceed with the order with the delivery company and I had to request a refund.
