PRE OPENED/ EATEN ICE CREAM

Got charged when order did not include all items, ordered one large and one small Ben & Jerry's and got two small with a can of drink that wasn't ordered with no prior warning, which did not make up the cost, and salad was missing. Ordered salad in the wrap and it was not there. The worst part is one of the smaller icecreams was already opened with bits missing, I shit you not. There was ice on the outside of the seal but inside the lid and it had already been opened with missing inside, will include photos.

Felt so gross recieving this. Unacceptable and unhygienic and incredibly lazy and careless.

The receipt said £20 something but I was charged £24 something on the Uber account!

The food here is lovely. Very tasty indeed. It's good value for money too. We have never had delivery from here so cannot comment on that particular aspect. We always collect. The food always tastes fresh. The people working there are nice enough but communication can be difficult as their grasp on english is not the best. This is particularly frustrating when trying to order over the phone. They get our order wrong maybe 20% of the time. Why do we continue to go there you may well ask.
