From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The decor is charming, blending modern elegance with a touch of rustic charm, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends.

The menu is a treasure trove of culinary delights. I tried their signature [specific dish or drink, e.g., lavender latte and avocado toast], and it was nothing short of perfection—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and the attention to detail in every dish was impressive. They also offer a great variety of options, including vegan and gluten-free choices, which made everyone in my group feel catered to.

The staff deserves special praise for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a great experience. The barista even took the time to explain the origin of the coffee beans, which added a personal touch...

Was heading back from the children's hospital, saw this place and thought it looked bright and appealing. Definitely has a lovely chilled vibe. Very friendly staff. Just wanted a coffee and cake. Small but nice selection. Opted for the vanilla croissant cheesecake. It was DIVINE 🤩. £4 for a slice but worth every penny. The americano coffee I had was perfect. Strong, flavoursome and hot!! Had a lot of bad coffee in other places recently so I'd come back just on that basis. My hubby had a mocha and said it had a good strong chocolate flavour. Great monkey face design in the froth too!! We sat in the window seats and did some people watching. I don't normally like coffee shops with loud music where you can hardly hear yourself talk, but this played some nice chilled happy background tunes. Will come back to try the food menu...

I recently visited Flour House in Bristol and had mixed feelings. I ordered a vegan sausage bun with a hash-brown, thinking it would be quick since I had limited time. Unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour for my food, which was disappointing. The food itself was good—the taste was great, and the café had a nice atmosphere. However, the long wait time was frustrating, especially since I was in a hurry. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and I had to clean my own table. It seemed like no one was cleaning the tables after customers left, which was not ideal. Overall, the food and vibe were enjoyable, but the service time and cleanliness could definitely be improved.
