⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Julie and Tracy Are Simply Exceptional!

I am writing this feedback with genuine appreciation for two outstanding individuals – Julie and Tracy at Greggs. In all my experiences as a customer across various places, I have never encountered service as exceptional as what these two amazing women provide.

From the moment I arrive – even before I step through the door – Julie and Tracy already know my coffee order. They see me pulling up outside, and by the time I walk in, my coffee is ready, fresh, and always perfect. That kind of personal attention is unmatched and speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers.

As someone with a very busy schedule, every minute counts. Thanks to Julie and Tracy, I never waste time in queues. Their efficiency and thoughtfulness ensure I can grab my coffee and go – always with a smile and a cheerful “Have a great day!” That small gesture makes a big difference in how my day starts.

But their excellence doesn’t stop at customer service. Julie and Tracy are also deeply involved in charity work, always going the extra mile to support important causes through the Greggs store. I come here regularly and there’s usually a lovely woman behind the till, today I was served by a rude lady. Every time I go in I ask what is the hottest as that will make my decision as to what I will have, today was no exception but instead of the usual answer I was informed that the food was all freshly baked so all was hot, I then said ok I’ll have a cheese and onion as these are my favourite when hot. She then went in to say it wasn’t a hot plate so not expect hot food. I said I understood this but I wouldn’t buy it if it was cold as I don’t like the cheese and onion when cold. I went outside and my cheese and onion pasty was cold. Such a shame that this woman just could’nt answer a simple question. Think I’ll stick to...
