Lick'n Chick'n — Restaurant in Bristol

I was a frequent customer. After changing owners. These new owners are always looking bad. for my part, they lost another customer as well as many other people I've heard about. just so you can see I always ordered number 5 and it came in the big box now number 5 and it comes in a small box. pay so dearly for a misery of nothing. you have to improve because you are losing customers. On top of that I complain and they don't pay any attention to me. I'm sorry it changed to this. and then I asked for my order and they pick it up from a forgotten bag or from a customer. we customers see everything. we are not dumb. they took chicken out of a bag that was there and put it in mine....

Avoid this place - save your money!!

The service was awful, the lady serving was rude and lazy. I asked for some chips and she said it’ll take too long to get ready as I told her I didn’t want to wait 20 mins for chips. She still took her good time to prepare my order (12 minutes for what’s meant to be fast food!!!)

I bought some drumsticks and chicken wings. One of the drumsticks was half cooked. The wings were just as dreadful, the wings had a fishy smell to them; the coating was falling off and the wings were drenched in grease. I can’t believe this place is still running, disgusting!!! They need a visit from food standards before someone gets...

Please don't bother. You will waste your money and time. Starting of with the customer service, it is absolutely abhorrent. The two men working there are really rude and don't want to listen. As I was ordering, I was deciding between two options and the man at the front rudely interrupted me, telling me to 'decide first' then order. After I was ready, he started talking to a friend for a good 10 minutes. After ordering the food, it was absolutely unpleasant. It was very cold and the hot wings were very small and burnt. Furthermore, there is a card machine which fully works, however, they lie and will say 'it is not working'. Hence, asking for cash....
