Miss Millie’s – Chicken and Shakes — Restaurant in Bristol

Have been waiting over 2 hours for food, STILL not here, ordered at half 5 its now half 8 delivery time was 6:15, Safe to say i WILL NOT be ordering again. Phoned and asked where food was, got told it was 'on its way' and they've been 'really busy' (on a Tuesday evening) I live less than 15 minutes (by car) from the shop. Now i have a screaming, over tired 2 year old who should have been in bed over an hour ago but isn't because shes not eaten properly. Thank you Miss Millies what a waste of time!!! absolutely appalling service,order was wrong,they even checked the camera to see if we were lying and then called us to tell us to check the bag again as it showed on camera that they put it in there,it was wrong item,this was after an hour and 15 minite wait for the food to be delivered,then they brought the right order another hour later but was still missing the two chicken strips,didnt bother calling them again as didnt want to look like we were "lying" again,never ever gonna order from them again,seriously have...

Horrible. Ordered food for my friend and it came 30 minutes late then it should okay I might understand was busy or traffic but food was so cold couldn’t even eat that. Ordered a chicken chilly wrap. That was a joke. Wrap was cold there was no chilly sauce and he got like 10 small pieces of lettuce and two chicken strips. Rang them and they took my number and told me that the manager will contact me next day no one did. Obviously no one care about customer service. I spend a loads of money for this. I will never...
