Very friendly staff and great selection of traditional and modern bubble teas. They have classics like thai/hongkong/matcha teas but also so great flavours like Lime Bomb and Aegean Blue (made with honey and butterpea). It is my go to place for Bubble tea in Bristol as I find the other places either too expensive, not traditional enough or not friendly enough.

They are very accommodating to tastes. I always have less Ice and practically no sugar (or Maybe just a tiny bit). The staff go above and beyond to give you the sweetness you ask for!

There are options of tapioca and jelly but also chia seeds if you wish to go for a healthier option!

They also let you use your own reusable cups as long as they are 500ml or 700ml. It's great we can be encouraged to be...

Mizusawa makes one of the best bubble milk teas I've had outside of Taiwan. The tea always tastes freshly brewed, and milk is high quality (most uk bubble tea shops I've tried taste like powdered milk, off flavors). The tapioca pearls are always warm and soft. Staff is super friendly and polite, and they are very quick to make your order. The shop doesn't have seating, just takeaway option. They also sell really cute japanese and handmade gift items. I love the mizusawa milk tea, fresh black milk tea, matcha milk tea, and mizusawa fruit tea with chia. Can't wait to try the rest...

absolutely love this place!! the staff is so kind and gentle and their brown sugar bubble tea is probably the best i've had yet!! i have tried the japanese matcha milk and it did not dissapoint, will def be trying more! their variety is the most unique i've seen yet. The portion sizes are generous and they even sell some cute hand made goodies at the front of the store, probably my favourite place to go to and i always bring friends along~ cheaper than most places that are local to the galleries. such a hidden gem ♡ they even have student and nhs...

my absolute favourite boba spot! my friend and i discovered this spot in our first year and have been coming here ever since ^^ my go to flavour is the british milk tea with added pearls (50% sugar, no ice) and my friend always gets the brown sugar milk tea (100% sugar, no ice) so defooo would recommend those. the british milk tea is basically just earl grey milk tea with foam on top (salt/cheese?)! the service is good, the owner (?) is really friendly and we always use the student discount :))
