One of the best burger joints in Bristol. If you can get chance, eat in. Their food is always best served straight up. I used to get their peanut butter jelly burger all the time. Best burger I'd ever eaten, but they pulled it off the menu recently and I wanted to cry. Their garlic butter waffle fries are amazing. The jalapeño, cheese garlic fries are again, ammmmazing. The latest feature of "share" or "individual" portion is great too. Used to be that you'd just get wayy more than you could eat. Enough for a meal in itself. Recently bought the blue cheese burger on a Gf bun. The bun was great. Very tasty for GF, altho and it's just my opinion, I would pull out some of the centre because it can get quite bready towards the end of the burger. The blue cheese burger itself was lovely, but I think if they added bacon jelly too, it would just complement this burger so much. Its already got bacon, but it's missing that sweetness that the jelly would bring, to counter balance the flavour of the blue cheese. Also got the bbq burger (I was trying to spend £25 to get the free delivery through my prime membership), but I wasn't a fan of that one. There wasn't enough sauce for my liking. Burger was tasty, but there just wasn't enough bbq flavour, for a bbq burger. Just in my opinion. Could've just been a one off. A Chipotle bbq burger is definitely a thought for the future... My son gets the dirty double every time and he says it's the best burger he's ever eaten. Better than any burger he's ever eaten at 5 Guys or anywhere else. I've tried it too, it's gooood. So, my boyfriend has recently moved to the Bristol area, he loves burgers and I wanted to show him what oowee are all about. We arrived at 21.50 on Sunday night (40minutes until close). We ordered our food, I explained that I was craving bacon as I’m pregnant but I couldn’t have the blue cheese so the server said he’ll make a note to take that out. We also asked what sizes the chips are as we wanted to share and we opted for large.

We waited for our food and once we got it we left the shop and realised that the chips were only half full and looked like the regular size that the server had shown us. Also we were missing a sauce. My boyfriend went back in and a different server just said ‘well we don’t have any left’ he took the bag and put about 3 more fries in there. There was so a good amount of time till close but they refused to give us the amount of chips we paid for, still, we went home and forgot about it.

When we opened our burgers we realised that we’d been given the complete wrong burger. The complete opposite to what we ordered. We literally had a conversation and the guy helped us choose and they gave us the wrong order still. The burgers were thrown together without a care in the world, burnt around the edges. We didn’t enjoy our food at all. The staff are careless and literally got everything we ordered wrong and I paid £23 for the pleasure.
