Horrible experience! First time ordering from here and as you can imagine as a uni student I was unsure whether this place was worth it or not. Ordered 2 burger meals, a wrap and a chicken salad on Just Eat and the estimated delivery time kept changing!! Kept calling the restaurant asking when my food would arrive as we were in a rush and the person on the phone kept saying this is a Just Eat issue not our issue and kept advising that I call my delivery driver (even though I couldn't see my drivers number because the order hadn't been in transit yet). What annoyed me the most is that every time I called they kept saying 'your food is ready and is sitting here, it just needs to be delivered!!'. Rubbish service, never got my food in the end as I had to end up cancelling (I was not going to wait 2 hours and then eat cold food!) and even cancelling my order took a long time as I had to contact Just Eat for this. I recently visited this Take-away and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. Upon my arrival, I was told to wait for "just two minutes." However, I ended up waiting for 2, 4, 6, and then 10 minutes without any updates. When 14 minutes had passed, I politely asked for an accurate estimate of the waiting time.

To my surprise, the elder woman at the counter responded dismissively, saying, "If you want to wait, stay, otherwise you can go." This is not the way to treat a customer. The staff's rude and indifferent attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant.

As a customer, I expect clear communication and respectful treatment, especially when delays occur. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and discourages customers from returning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer...

We order from this place very, very regularly because we simply love the food but we ALWAYS have issues with the order. They miss things, they use the wrong flavour that we've chosen for the meal (and we know this because we normally request lemon and herb for a few things and sometimes it's right and sometimes it's just fire), they don't include extras (which we pay for, like extra chicken in the rice or sides) or they don't look at the notes or forget the drinks. When we complaint to the delivery service, they think we're taking the mic and refuse to refund but this restaurant is just an utter nightmare. Their packaging is also incredibly poor (pic attached) and more often than not the sauces are spilled in the bag, maybe you should put them in a separate paper bag as you do with the chips guys...
