Pizza Hut Bedminster — Restaurant in Bristol

I ordered a half and half pizza with 2 sides for collection on the app and I was really happy.

Took about 15 minutes to be ready, when I arrived it was all good to go once I confirmed the name. The guy serving was helpful and friendly too.

Food was really nice, large pizza is very filling and I like to eat a lot - I got half spicy beef and half chicken, because of the app it was half off too so I got cheese stuffed crust which really made the pizza extra tasty. Sides were cheese triangles which tasted like brie cheese but just needed a sauce to go with it, also got the spicy tenders with sour cream dip which were small but still really good.

My order took an over an hour to arrive and was stone cold on delivery.

I called Pizza hut and was told they couldn't make a replacement but that I would be offered a full refund by their customer service team online.

The customer service team offered me a small voucher and refuse to honour the refund I was offered.

Now that pizza hut use UBER to deliver their pizza you cannot guarantee they will deliverer it warm. We track our driver making multiple stops in the opposite direction before coming to us. We wont be using pizza hut again.

Where should I start? First of all we paid for garlic dips and even after I called a store they never arrived. We got 3 pizzas, 2 large on regular crust and 1 medium gluten free. I’m not sure what they mean by advertising the medium Gf pizza for £15.99 but it was nothing I expected! I’m not sure if that would be even enough for a kid. I work in the restaurant and used to work in pizza restaurant and I would be ashamed to served it and charge that amount for basically 2 slices.I even called to check, if they didn’t make a mistake on my order.
