The Park Bakery — Restaurant in Bristol

We put this bakery to the test this morning! We ordered 2 hot sausage rolls, a ham and coleslaw sandwich, a brownie and three Halloween cupcakes! It all came to ten pounds which was excellent value. The sausage roll tasted like a proper homemade sausage roll, the sandwich was on delicious, soft granary bread with a generous helping of filling, and the cupcakes looked amazing. Sadly they were a gift so I didn’t get to try one, but they went down very well with the recipients! We heated the brownie up in the microwave and served it with ice cream, what a treat! Just discovered this local bakery - it's amazing! There is a wide range of bread at decent prices, including everything from standard loaves (e.g. wholemeal) right through to specialty breads. I had a pumpkin and linseed granary loaf, which was delicious (they sliced it for me). There is also a great range of cakes and savoury options. I highly recommend the rhubarb and cherry slice! This bakery is wonderful. They have a huge variety of bread, cakes, sandwiches and pasties. The gingerbread men are pretty and they do special ones for Halloween. There's always a beautiful seasonal window display - a real sight for sore eyes. Treats not only look good but are delicious as well.
