The Red Pizza Company — Restaurant in Bristol

I ordered last night from this place and I ordered a homemade pizza with American sausage, pulled chicken, peppers and garlic, kicking hot wings and mozzarella dippers. The food was atrociously bad, the pizza had barely any cheese and barely any toppings not worth £6.99, couldn’t taste the garlic on the pizza, the wings were cold when they got to us and the mozzarella dippers tasted like plastic and was chewy all over rather than chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The food came 30 minutes late and when they did come, the delivery driver complained about how far he had to drive to deliver food! If the workers want to complain about the food they shouldn’t offer to deliver so far! Although I ordered at 3am, it’s not in my fault that the takeaway offers to deliver very late so the standards should be exceptional at any time of the day.

Terrible service.

Ordered online, order doesn't appear after 15 mins and no money taken out or email confirmation. Phone, they claim there was no order as they would see it. Recheck and the money has now taken out, phone them again and they ask me to start emailing them screenshots before eventually checking themselves and finally confirming the order after 20 mins of paying.

Such an unbearable site, cant see how something so simple such as ordering pizza feels like such a task.

Please fix your site so it adds and item to your orders right after paying, just set the status to pending. We almost ordered twice cause of this, and its such and easy fix.

Its sad as this place does such good pizza, but somehow i always end up angry/annoyed after ordering (this isnt the first time ive had to phone to check my order has gone through)

These guys are definitely the best in Bristol. About a month or so ago I got sick of always being consistently disappointed by Domino's, and took a punt on these guys.

Since that punt I have ordered from no other pizza place. Their pizzas are really good! unlike other nearby pizza places who are constantly drowning the pizza in sauce.

Additionally, the guys that run the place are so damn helpful. I've managed to convert my entire household on to these guys, and with the amount we order we've had one or two minor mixups our deliveries. Every time there's been an issue these guys have been beyond helpful, and compensated us greatly.

These guys genuinely put the customer first, in their food and the service in which they deliver it in.
