I'm giving a 1 star (which I rarely do) but I was so so disappointed with the Shakespeare last weekend! I had booked a table for 2 people for a Sunday roast at 3pm (for a special occasion) and the pub contacted me saying that it was all booked in. We planned the day around going to the pub for the roast, took a walk and sat in the park close by to walk to the pub for 3pm. He literally tossed his head back, laughed in my face and walked away. I seldom leave reviews, but I'm still so mad and upset at the situation; it just ruined the night for me. Bar staff really need to work on their hospitality and allergen awareness - will not...
