POSITIVES : Spacious and well decorated suite. Fully equipped for short or longer accommodation. Shower was my favourite part of the suite. Big comfy bed with clean refreshing bedsheets. Amazing location in walking distance from the city centre. NEGATIVES: Accommodation did not include the complimentary wine that has been advertised on ther website. On the wooden headboard of the bed I have found traces of previous residents. Basically there were two oily patches in the shape of hands. That was quite horrible and disgusting to discover. Worse than that was that we mentioned that to the reception and aksed for immediate cleaning, but later on the day when we returned to the suite, the problem was still there. Really disappointing and unacceptable situation. Never booking again with Premier Suites. Cleanliness, hygiene and customer support are simple and important factors of choosing an accommodation.

Firstly the reception is through the metal gate and to the right, you cannot see it from the front. Out of hours key collection can be arranged. The premier suites is like a block of flats with rooms that match. PARKING is limited to eight spaces for premier suites so it gets booked up quickly. There is limited parking opposite enough for four to five vehicles at ten pounds a night. Access areas are clean but tired, it needed a good hoover. The suites however are exceptionally clean and so much better than a hotel, you have everything you need to actually relax and cook your own food just like at home, working away this has made a big difference in having the extra facilities. My room had a small balcony which opened up to a unseated area which was nice to let in air. The staff I dealt with were very friendly, unfortunately I cannot remember the American ladies name but she was exceptional.

The apartments are huge and clean apart from the sofa which had huge white stains on it which could have done with a quick steam clean. The apartments are however very dated now, ready for some updating and modernisation.||On arrival the fridge and freezer were switched off which I am assuming is some sort of sustainably initiative however it actually meant that they smelled really awful as they had been closed up and switched off a smell which meant I wasn’t comfortable putting my food in the fridge. ||It was a very hot weekend and a fan was provided which was adequate but for some reason the balcony was locked up (in fairness I may have read about this when booking) however it would have been great for the balcony doors to be able to be opened. ||There was a floor to ceiling window in the bedroom the lower panel of which had a huge crack in it, it didn’t look as though it had been filmed over so was a potential risk if smaller children in the room etc. ||One final thing to note was that I booked direct and it was advertised online as a rate which included a welcome bottle of wine this wasn’t provided. ||I would normally discuss all of this with the front desk team at the time but reception is only manned at certain times and I wasn’t 100% sure where it actually was as you check in via a key box system. Pre arrival information provided was good and meant you didn’t really need to see a receptionist but reporting things such as the above wasn’t so easy. ||Would I stay again ? Yes if the price was right mainly due to the size of...

My wife and I have been staying at this place about 3 times a year for the last 6 years. Over the last couple of years we’ve noticed a slight deterioration in the apartments. They’re always spotlessly clean, but every time we go there there’s something else missing from the rooms. This time it was the little music systems that used to be in the living room, the net curtains in the bedroom and the shelves on the back of the fridge door (weird). There were also some niggling defects that need to be fixed (e.g. seal missing on the bottom of the shower screen - soaks the bathroom floor, extractor hood only working on max - deafening). I suspect the maintenance would be better if guests told the management about problems like this rather than moaning about them on Tripadvisor. Everything still basically works, though. The place does a brisk trade in stag and hen parties so it’s no surprise that the wear and tear on the fittings is high. Having said all this I’d still stay there again. The accommodation is good value, much quieter than central Bristol, though only a 10 minute walk away, and provides enough space for you to spread out and cater for yourself if you want to. This will more than offset the cost of going to a budget hotel and having to eat out. Despite the lively clientele I’ve never been kept awake there and I’m a very...

Would rate it more if staff had better training for the job role, knowledge of the company, surrounding area and skills in hospitality.

Just based on the apartments, great city location walking distance to harbour. Clean and spacious. Good for a 3 night stay max. WiFi worked well in living areas.

Bathrooms could be updated, very tired looking, the Toilet itself was coming away from the wall and half of the bathroom mirror was missing.

Staff were very confusing with check in. Called us total of 5 times each a different person asking what time we were checking in. Our details were clearly not taken down when we confirmed arrival the first call. Staff were the least bit helpful with parking. They were as confused as we were looking for overnight secure parking and didn’t offer much help to resolve this. We spent an hour wasting time on carpark searching. Parking can be requested and I asked for a space when I booked my apartment, this request was denied as the carpark was full, very disappointing even given notice of our arrival.

With training from the Company and staff hard and soft skills improving, this accommodation could be really great!

From coming from bath, the level of service was unmatched and we won’t be returning or recommending to Friends family...
