Stale sandwich today with snotty salad. Clearly not fresh. We have been here a few times now and the atmosphere is strange, we frequently go to bakeries around Bristol and this is by a long margin NOT the best in Bristol. The veg in the veg pasty was cubed and tasteless. Coffee is instant. We could go on. We just expect a lot more from a local...

Partner took me here because it’s his childhood bakery oh wow the cornish pasty and cake I picked out was amazing it was like eating food from the bakers when I was a kid, prices are more than fair best of luck to anyone who can eat that flapjack in one go lol the lady who served us was super friendly too…deffo got new regulars on...

Went in to buy a sourdough - was told they had one left. It was £1.60, tiny, didn't really look like sourdough, but I took the lady's word for it. Got home, and it was clearly just a tiny white split tin loaf that I'd been massively overcharged for. If the staff don't even know what they're selling, then you're better off avoiding...
