My son has been going there on Friday to use O2 priory voucher and they have been fobbing him off by saying that their computer isn’t working. He leaves for school without having his breakfast at home and ends up having no breakfast at all because Greggs won’t let him use his voucher/ it’s one of the perks you get for putting up with shocking network of O2 and we pay high monthly rental so it’s not really free!! If they have problem with their computer, it’s their problem! They should still honour and not turn children away. Absolutely shocking!! Thank you so much to the people working here today 12/12/24, normally when I order my hot and cold food is all together, my sugar in my tea forgotten, however today was different. They separated my Tea, hot food and cold food into 3 separate bags so they all turned up good temperature, they remember my 2 sugars from the uber eats order which is normally missed at most stores and I even had a tiny pot of milk hand made which I’ve never had before. I’m not sure who did this order today or who’s the leadership team at the shop, however if you see this please make sure recognition is given.
