Ordered food and it came with raw eggs and bacon. the sausages looked like they had just had a quick turn over the grill. I rang to ask If I could get it replaced, the owner told me To complain to just eat but that won’t feed me then put the phone down and so I rang back to be insulted and called a wierdo for trying to get the breakfast replaced and trying to tell them that it’s not acceptable to just ignore me. Then the phone was put down again because they were too busy apparently so I rang back just for another lady to say they now can replace it. The owner will now reply to my message with how it’s not her fault and how the customers wrong and can’t take criticism very well because apparently she always gets six stars. Your food is poor quality and you can’t take it when your wrong. Your employees shouldn’t be insulting people on the phone and you shouldn’t put the phone down on a concerned customer, it’s unprofessional. Wasn’t worth the 20 pound I lost especially when people don’t have a lot of money and want to treat themselves. This was...

Your shop has decided to cancel my order via Uber Eats today on the back of receiving fair reviews on the Uber Eats app. Where I have enjoyed your food I have left 5 star reviews but where you have clearly sent a burnt portion of sweet potato chips or haven't included the full order properly I have left a fair review to highlight that. To say that you cancelled the order because we don't enjoy your food is contradictory since your shop has received at least 5 plus orders from us in last 3 weeks. If your shop can't seem to take the honest feedback on board and correct things that haven't gone right then either you should simply take yourselves off the Uber Eats portal or should accept that you would lose custom of customers like me placing...

We’ve eaten here a couple of times now, the cafe is always clean, the staff polite and the decor is very quirky. The quality of the food and drink has always been lovely. The last time we ate here I was overcharge £10.95, we’d been charged for an extra breakfast. When I addressed this, the staff were polite, they took my card from me to process a refund but the money never went back in my account. Linzie from the team contacted me about this. She confirmed a refund had been processed but that they had been experiencing issues with their broadband, due to issues on the street so the refund had failed so she returned the money to me via BACs. Thank you Linzie. It’s lovely to see a team that care, we see less and less of that on the high...

Lovely gem near Bury The Rock! Visited today and had an afternoon combo cream tea for two and it was delicious, as well as good value for money! £15 in total, in which you get a portion of homemade soup in lovely little pots, your choice of sandwich, wrap or bagel, salad as a garnish, a scone with clotted cream and jam, as well as tea or coffee! Extremely filling! The staff were so lovely, great customer service. Despite it being a Saturday, it wasn't very busy at 2pm, and the seats in the back are very cozy, offering a perfect environment for a catch up with friends! Children friendly and clean, would strongly recommend if you're looking to get away from the buzzing crowds in The Rock :) will return! :)

We have ordered breakfast for delivery from here a number of times now and I can honestly say it’s the best we’ve had in a long time, every single time we haven’t been disappointed. Food is piping hot when it arrives and is beautifully presented you can tell the staff take pride in their food and service. The little touches make such a difference and the staff write little messages on the boxes and receipts saying thank you, or enjoy etc. Will definitely be visiting in person at some point.

Called in for a midweek treat at one of our favourite cafés in Bury, always a real delight, staff are so good, nothing too much trouble, food as always, delicious ,freshly prepared piping hot with excellent portion size. The menu gives you plenty of choice with something for everyone. There is always a relaxing atmosphere in a great ,comfortable surroundings. This little gem is tucked away slightly off the mainstream shopping area but its easy to find and well worth a visit.
