We placed an order at this branch through UBER eats - NEVER AGAIN!
-A full meal was completely missing out of the SEALED bag in which the restaurant said "we rely on the drivers to bring the food" so do this mean the driver ate it? I DONT THINK SO! -Next issue - apparently they don't know the difference between bacon and sausage, because we ordered a BACON and egg bagel and received SAUSAGE instead, with also no sauce....! Honestly, going off the picture attached of the 'bacon', I am rather thankful only one of us had to go through that trauma of biting into that - where did they pull that from? THE BIN?? -THIRD issue, we were then missing a small vanilla latte to go with the meal deal, so nothing to wash down the poorly prepared food. -FOURTH issue - ALL hash browns were shoved at the bottom of the bag with everything else (that they remembered to put in there) on top, causing them to go soggy and stick to the paper packaging. -FINALLY - upon ringing the restaurant for some help, the man we spoke to was unbelievably rude and unhelpful and clearly didn't know what customer service was , and I'm sure if he received the same attitude we got he would be APPAULED . He actually turned around and said "what would you like me to do, bring it myself? Because I need to be in work" in the most sarcastic tone ever heard. I think I would have received a more polite response from an inmate and Strangeways!
1 star is seriously too high for this place, and I highly recommend the person on the other end of the phone gets some half decent training on...
Read moreMy husband and myself took my uncle (who came over from Canada with his lady friend) to Tim Hortons in Bury. We were so embarrassed as he had been telling us what a wonderful place Tim Hortons was in Canada. We went to the counter and placed our order my husband ordered a coffee while my uncle his lady and myself ordered a fruit smoothie. After waiting in an empty place for ten minutes we asked what had happened to our smoothies as my husband had already got his coffee, we were told the machine was being refilled. After another ten minutes I went to speak to the manager he told me it would be a couple of minutes as the machine was almost ready. I went back and sat down, there were several tables with empty cups etc and debris all over it must have been like that for a while as it was like that when we went in disgusting it takes two seconds to empty and clean a table don't know what the manager was doing but if the tables are left like this what must the kitchen be like? About five minutes later a young girl came over to tell us the machine was broken. She asked did we want anything else instead of the smoothies I said no thank you we would like our money back.the service was horrendous and to be honest you could do with a better manager that's more committed to the job. WE WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN. Very...
Read moreMy visit yesterday was extremely dissapointing to say the least, we decided to eat in, why I have no idea, for a change maybe, well I really wished we hadn't.
As the mrs was ordering our food I went to get a seat for me and my 2 year old, firstly considering we are still in a pandemic our table was not clean and when looking around I noticed others hadn't been cleaned either, but we have a little one which means we carry wipes with us, so I cleaned our table down, but there was NO way I was putting my boy into a child's chair that would have been to.much cleaning.
On ordering the food, no contact details were asked for while the one person who was doing all the work looked stressed while the other members of staff watched on doing nothing, the queue just seemed to get bigger.
I watched one table take 3 separate sittings of people and not once were they cleaned.
Personally I will not be entering this store again.
As for the covid rules, there was none.
I hope they sort this out soon.
Also I agree, I have been to canada quite a number of times and never have I seen a tim hortons in this state, and the food is not a patch on...
