Great setting over looking the water front. Cheap and reasonable drinks. Plenty of outside seating upstairs and downstairs. However a bit of a shambles in terms of organisation. Wouldn't eat here when you have so many lovely choices down the Bay but good for a drink.

Table numbers on the tables are incorrect or there are 2 numbers meaning the online app ordering system doesn't work correctly. Meaning you get given the wrong drinks or you end up waiting a very long time to realise your drinks are not coming.

Served drinks that weren't ours, we said we didn't order them but the waitor said they are your table number so just have them. Then the female waitress decided it was our fault and we shouldn't drink other people's drinks she was very aggressive and argumentative. This really made the visit sour and if this is customer service then not going back again.

My partner also ordered us some cocktails from the app and asked me our table nunber as he was in work and couldn't make it as a surprise and she also told us off for that saying it's against company policy as we didn't pay for the drinks she is going to take them away etc... however my fiance paid for them so what difference does it make. She was really spoiling the fun. We finished our drink and moved on somewhere else.

Also she kept saying the manager has asked... if the manager was bothered by this then please get your managers to come and speak to us don't send an aggressive waitress to the table.

So don't order via the app and double check your...

I cannot express how utterly disgusted I am with my recent visit. My family and I went out to eat this evening and sat down near the kitchen on the ground floor where we could see the employees working. Everything seemed normal until we witnessed one of the employees preparing a triple burger. As I observed him, he shockingly took the burger and rubbed it on his apron/pants with his bare hands! To make matters worse, his colleagues started laughing at the vile act! This is completely unacceptable, and he should be fired immediately.

It's beyond me how anyone could engage in such a disgusting and unhygienic act, let alone in a professional setting. I can only imagine the horror of the person who was served that burger. This experience has left me feeling angry, nauseous, and deeply concerned about the restaurant's food safety practices. They should be using gloves instead of bare hands. Needless to say, my family and I immediately left the restaurant.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of dining at this establishment to reconsider. The owners or managers should seriously have better supervision. If this kind of behavior is tolerated and even laughed at, I shudder to think what other unsanitary practices go on in...

Place looked great, nice & bright, spacious with plenty of seating. However service was a little slow, at the bar & for food. Staff didn't appear at all happy or eager serve us. We were left waiting every time we went to the bar. The app to order food wasn't working, no idea why but it wouldn't allow us to add a drink, therefore wasn't able to add the meal to the order. It was the bbq chicken melt for anyone who cares. When I mentioned this to the staff at the bar all he said was that we could order with him. The food wasn't hot, we had pay for sauce but then waited 10mins for it to come out by which point we'd eaten most of our meal. When at the bar I was asked to repeat myself numerous times & at no other establishment have I experienced this so I really don't believe I was talking too quietly as I don't have a volume setting thats quiet. It was a little frustrating as there wasn't any background music playing or any other external noise that would otherwise of been drowning my voice out. Perhaps staff were all having an off day, as I've much better experiences than on this occasion.

Basically my contact is about the Vegan dish I ordered for breakfast. The young man that put it through seemed to have picked Vegetarian and not Vegan. Not sure if he was new. When my breakfast arrived it was the Vegetarian option and so I had to send it back so a fresh Vegan option could be made. When the Vegan breakfast option arrived it didn't include the hashbrowns that is mentioned on the menu. I asked for no tomato and extra mushroom which came yet it also had baked beans which is not mentioned on the Vegan dish yet is mentioned on the Vegetarian dish, it seems the chef mixed and matched? I did speak to a staff member called Charlotte about the above and advised she would speak to the Chefs and also provided a refund on the Vegetarian dish as we were charged that instead of Vegan dish I ordered. Charlotte was pleasant and helpful. Food wise was tasty. I also feel its important that staff get trained about the difference between Vegetarian and Vegan meals as a lot of the staff working seemed confused on what the difference is. It's great that you offer a cooked Vegan option!
