Rather disappointed with service despite staff being able to produce a gluten free sandwich for my husband which was very good. We ordered this, two Pepsis and a scone for me. The sandwich turned up, but not the scone. Then told scone had not been taken for (we had paid for it and had the receipt,) but had to queue again to get it. No napkins, and only one knife in the table cutlery holder. queued again to get a knife. Throughout the time we were there ( over 30 minutes) a (presumably) friend of the female staff was standing chatting away to the them at the counter and this seemed to distract from service to customers. Read moreI don’t know what is going on but… £10 for these tiny Italian pastries and 2 teas. So basically £10 for air on a plate and some hot water. The lady that served me wasn’t keen on being there and barely lifted her gaze to look at me whilst processing on the till. There were larger pieces in the jar but our luck was to get these two. Pastries were lacking in taste but the loose camomile tea and green tea were delicious. Unfortunately the green tea wasn’t made with the right temperature but this is the case in most cafes.
Out of the plentiful choice to sit for a tea break in Cambridge - I’m not planning on returning to Ori Caffee. Even the packet of sweetener came empty 😂...

Service dreadful - 1 till and the girl manning it was clearly out of her depth.and stressed - other members of staff just standing around Busy Saturday afternoon in August so by the time I got to the head of the queue after a longggggg wait the line was nearly out the door. They got the couple sitting next to us order all wrong I noticed . Cake was dry as a bone and cinnamon bun was like raw pastry …. Ugh - drinks were ok. Disappointing for the price and not really up to the standard one would expect...
