I don’t normally do reviews, but now I feel I have too. Previous issues, never have any of the dips with the order that comes with the meal, can’t remember the last time I had any serviettes and sometimes straws ? Todays issue - made an order online via mcdelivery and collected through the drive through. The gentleman taking orders sounds like he didn’t want to be their. To then having to park up, which is fine, I then received the order and drove home to there not being one item in the order. I called the restaurant to speak to a lovely lady called Chloe really polite good customer service she said to come back and would replace the order that’s *perfect thank you. * Turned up explained to the gentleman and tried to just give me the burger which then I did say I want the whole order replacing. He went and done that but while waiting for this to be done staff was just chatting away while doing orders ( perhaps this is why people are always having stuff missed of their order ? ) one staff member while awaiting for some food opened the bag ready and then held bag up against her mouth and face while waiting for the food, are the staff even trained in food hygiene ?that’s someone’s order, how disgusting! I then received my order had a quick glance everything seemed fine to then get home and realise the double cheese burger was missing. Really couldn’t be bothered to go back. What a shambles.
If I could leave 0 stars I would but Chloe’s deserves at least the 1 star for trying to rectify the issue.

Read moreWe visit this McDonald's every couple of months and they have been consistently great.
The food is always fresh and they have the best fries of any McDonald's I've been to. The restaurant is always clean, and even when it does get a little scruffy due to a big rush it is very quickly cleaned up again.
When we visit it is with a young child and a wheelchair user and the staff are very careful to make sure we have what we need, a space is created for the wheelchair, a high chair is obtained and they will occasionally check on us. We always use the table service for ease and they make sure to check everything is OK before they leave the table. On the rare occasions there has been a problem it has been swiftly corrected with profuse apologies.
I've been to full service restaurants where I've felt less taken care of.
All of the staff are friendly and personable, they always have a smile ready for our daughter, even when they are rushed off their feet. They will even chat pleasantly for a few moments while going about their duties. I must especially complement the lovely folks who maintain the dining room for how clean and pleasant they make it and for how hard they work to get us situated confortably.

Read moreWith any food establishment I have a rule that it could be a one off bad day, extra busy than normal day or possibly short staffed day but I think this needs to be shared and also addressed by this stores management.
I have visited here on several occasions from early morning drive thru visits and also during the day to later evening sit in and dining.
The service is in my opinion the worst I have ever experienced at any Mc Donalds before.
An incident that frustrated me to the point I honestly wanted to ask the person who served me why and how did my order just get dismissed?!
I ordered a simple Mc Spicy meal I paid at window 1 and window 2 the person said here is your drink can you park up just ahead and we will be out soon.
Waited 5 mins....10 mins...15 mins....20 mins all the way to a whole 30 mins.
I ended up going in store to ask and the person on till said there is no order for you waiting/no car reg taken! Utter nonsense I said check your CCTV and also here is the order via the app!
10 mins later order was given no apology at all...
