We tried them again, the same weekend after asking for a couple tweeks and everything was perfect!

This time we ordered: Beef green curry (again) Chicken red curry Pad kee mao Chicken toast

We asked for a little more curry sauce/liquid and this time they filled the takeaway box up to the top 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Whilst the beef curry is only🌶️ hot, and the red curry 🌶️🌶️ hot, the first time we could not really notice any chili heat or flavour, so when ordering this time asked for a slight 🤏 increase, and it was absolutely spot on❤️‍🔥

I haven't had Thai food this good in over ten years. The pad kee mao is the best we have ever had, the curries are so packed with fresh aromatic flavour it gave us deep feelings 😍

The boxes of food were gloriously portioned this time.

The delivery was also perfect and so friendly.

To start: We ordered the Thai pork dumplings to share.

Main: We shared a green beef curry and Penang duck curry.

We want to give 4 solid stars for food, five stars for service.

The bad/sad: We were VERY sad with the lack of curry sauce/broth. This is Thai food? Thai curry is traditionally, generously wet and soupy, and Western style is usually thicker but still saucey. The takeaway experience didn't match up to the dine-in restaurant with generous bowls of curry, we felt a little cheated with the takeaway.

Both curries barely filled the box HALF way. These aren't deep takeaway boxes. The skinny sort. We thought the meat quantity was generous and appropriately priced, but the curry left us with barely anything to slurp or pour over rice. It lacked wetness and heat. So, not very traditional there. But read on because it gets better.

We review first time places very carefully, so we removed the meat and measured the quantity of curry liquid in each curry, neither contained more volume than 150-187ml in each dish.

The portions in the skinny takeaway box are certainly not the generous bowls of delicious and rich coconut soup/curry sauce you expect with Thai food. It made for a disappointing eat, especially as the flavour was so, so good.

The restaurant dishes look appropriate. Maybe it's only worth dining-in.

The v. good: We are so glad we found ✨this place✨. Thai food has gone on a downward spiral in the USA and UK in the last decade. We have eaten in both countries.

This place make curries with tremendous and traditionally developed flavours. Homemade pastes, incredibly aromatic, pieces of galangal present, loads of herbs! We knew as soon as we opened the lid the smell was CORRECT.. It has restored some faith in UK Thai food.

The traditional heat was absent, but really didn't mind the adaption of heat at all, because all the flavour was there and perfectly balanced. They have raised the bar. We would specify a little more heat next time.

The meat in the curry was generous and of very good quality.

We would order both curries again, and probably will, if the restaurant would make some tweaks!

The shumai pork dumplings were juicy morsels with nice sweet-soy and garlic/chilli paste dips, with pickles. The dumplings were Chinese Dim Sum. Decent, but unremarkable.

Family meal this evening with two young children. (Parents are regulars but our first time). We all absolutely loved the food and cannot wait to try some other dishes next time. Staff are very attentive without being over the top. For us, a childs option would be really helpful, even just one. Thai is a little out there for our children, and unfortunately just having chips isn't ideal. Decided to try this restaurant on a whim today, The waiter was welcoming and knowledgeable, checking to see if we had any allergies and ensuring we were happy with the temperature in the restaurant.
