Harry's Cafe — Restaurant in Canterbury

Cheese salad sandwich. Sausage and egg roll. Bottle of diet coke and a bottle of water. Chips.

Sandwiches were decent and fairly enough priced given the location. The sausage and egg roll was lacking ketchup but that's on me as I didn't ask for ketchup or sauce it myself. Cheese in the sandwich was grated. Do what you want with that information.

Drinks were ice cold and overpriced enough to make you feel like you're at the seaside, fair play.

Chips were awful. Not in a good way. There's an abundance of good chips along the strip there, so again I guess it's on me for wanting everything from one place, but they really were pathetic.

Teenagers who served did an enjoyable amount of grunting and muttering. Sorry I added that extra bottle of water on and you had to go back to the till and add it on.

Terrible service Waited outside to order but people were getting served inside. nobody told mebthat was where you had to order, when we got our order the sandwich came first then ten minutes later ham egg and chip ,the chips were under cooked the ham was thin sandwich ham the only good part was the eggs weren't burnt ,had to ask for sugur for the tea and also the sauces ,im a chef and work in a busy restaurant and there is no way food should come out separately unless on different orders won't be eating there again or recommend them.only gave one star as you can't...

Staff are fantastic- a credit to harries- I don’t want to generalise but all young very well mannered they provide better customer service than alot of big retailers- seating is ample and spacious, the food is always fresh hot and fast! Any issues- as minor as they may be are sorted instantly and without a fuss- any request that I have ever had has been fulfilled within seconds. The atmosphere is welcoming any warm. The location has plenty of free parking and you couldn’t be closer to the sea!

All in all a huge credit to them- the best cafe in Herne bay if...
