Stopped in here by chance as we were visiting Whitstable for a football match. We walked along the highstreet looking for somewhere we could just get a traditional breakfast and a cup of tea. Howard's is just off the main road and could easily be missed. Inside the staff were very friendly and polite. Table service here which is nice. There’s a car park opposite but apparently...
