Domino's Pizza - Hadleigh — Restaurant in Castle Point

Went to order a pizza online which didn’t end up going through, then ordered on the app as I thought it would of worked, again it didn’t. So I also used my partners phone which then didn’t work, ended up phoning to order which is fine, went to provide card details over the phone which didn’t go through, but payment already was taken out of the card they said didn’t go through. Spoke to I’m guessing a manager and he said we was lying and said we couldn’t make another payment over the phone as your not allowed , we said the app was down and he then said ‘ I don’t think the app would be down mate ’ which came across really Rude, then said we can pay over the phone and I then used another card. I ordered a pizza earlier this evening and when it arrived it was the wrong pizza. I contacted Hadleigh dominos pizza and my order was corrected straight away. The pizza I ordered arrived quickly and I also received free cookies. The person that delt with my complaint was called Matt and my girlfriend and I were very happy with the outcome. Infact my girlfriend was happier than me cos she ate all the cookies. I'm ery happy with the way we were treated and will be ordering from Hadleigh dominos pizza...

Ordered , tracker confirmed out if oven quality checks in place , then tracker stated ‘status cancelled’ called store x2 still told pizza hot and would be in way hot - finally arrived over 20 minutes almost cold - REFUSED delivery! Driver stated he had only just come on duty so pizzas cannot have been on way when first told !!! Why lie ? Told would be refunded but we still had no food ! Will never ever order again not the first time this store let us...
