Bom Bom Patisserie — Restaurant in Charnwood

I already loved Bom Bom treats, but I had the most amazing experience having my daughter's birthday party at the Lboro Leisure Centre. They have a softplay attached to the cafe, a self-contained area in which it is very easy to keep track of children, and you can reserve the area for your little guests. The food is excellent - try their cookie and you won't ever regret (vegan option always available). As a coffee lover, I can assure you they know their stuff, and that is a cup definitely worth having. I think that my favourite things about Bom Bom are the community atmosphere and how the staff always makes you feel welcomed and at home. I had my daughter’s 5th birthday party last weekend, and I couldn’t rate it more. They got back to me really promptly when I was organising, and were happy to change the date when my circumstances changed. The soft play was really clean and well maintained, all the kids loved it! We opted for the cold food, really good quality bread (tasted homemade) with an option of fillings, and the most tasty cookies and cakes to go with it. The parents also enjoyed the coffee, cakes and hot food from the attached cafe, which looked amazing! The staff couldn’t have been more kind, efficient and helpful, everything ran so smoothly. I would 100% recommend the venue for parties, or just a place to meet up for a coffee and cake...

I had a coffe and a biscoff cookie here a couple of days ago. The coffee is really good it is pricey but good. However, I waited about 15 minutes to be served even though there was only one other person in front of me. I also found hair in the biscoff cookie so I did not eat it. I think for this price you pay this is not ok… safe to say I won’t buy any food there...
