Prince Garden Restaurant &Shisha — Restaurant in Charnwood

Walked in this restaurant on a pate Saturday afternoon with my family and friends.. 9 of us in total.. there was no one to welcome us. Restaurant was very quiet. There was one staff who seen us and just stared at us like he's seen a ghost. We just sat ourselves down to the nearest large table. The floor under the table was dirty full of left over food. After couple of minutes sitting I had to call the shocked looking staff to give us the menu. We ordered the platter for 5 along with two portions of chips. The dipsy looking staff gave us our chips 20 mins before our meal.. when I questioned him why he brought the chips without the meal he responded "I thought you wanted chips as a starter". This guy..is he for real?? When we received our meal it looked like it was prepared for 3 people in mind... Very little portion. At this point I just couldn't be asked no more.. We ate our food whatever little there was of it and got up to pay. There was no table service asking us how the food was or if we wanted any drinks.. none of that!! Overall very poor experience and customer service. Will I ever return there? No!! Will I recommend this restaurant to anyone?? You guessed it.. No I won't! Will I recommend it to someone I hate?? Prince Garden is without a doubt one of the best food and shisha places around! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. The staff are incredibly polite, kind, and professional — they make sure every single guest feels comfortable and looked after. The atmosphere is always warm, lively, and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax with friends or enjoy a meal.

The food is absolutely outstanding — fresh, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection. You can tell a lot of care and passion goes into every dish. The shisha is equally impressive, smooth and long-lasting, with a great variety of flavours to choose from. What makes it even better is how reasonably priced everything is for the quality you’re getting.

Service is another area where Prince Garden shines. The team are quick, efficient, and always attentive without ever being overbearing. The place is spotless every time I visit, which shows the pride they take in their business and their customers’ experience.
