I’ve ordered delivery from here for a long time now and haven’t been disappointed until this week. Placed an order and was given a 30 mins time for delivery which I know and accept can sometimes be longer so I was patiently waiting when I realised an hour is past. I rang to be told it will be 3 mins yes 3 mins, so I waited and nothing arrived for 10 mins, then had a call from driver saying he’s in the car and I opened my door only to find no car or no pizza ! Rang them again only to be told the driver has actually lost his way and couldn’t find my home. I felt it was ridiculous, bad excuse ! My pizza would be cold by the time it gets to me so I cancelled the order. By now it’s been an hour and a half since I first placed my order!! V annoying as I had to order from elsewhere which I received in 30 mins! B bad service now! Finally my pizza arrived even after cancelling...

Shocking- ordered via the app, had confirmation of the order being accepted and made & then delivery- food never turned up, it then turned 11pm when they close and the tracking disappeared but claimed the driver was 10 minutes away. Tried calling the resturant but they had closed, waited until midnight and still no food however at 12:30 1hr 30 after closing they claim food was delivered. Have emailed customer services and had no reply yet, spoke to the resturant today and they tried to claim the driver sat outside waiting with our food for half an hour which would have taken it to 11:45 pm… 45 mins after he would have finished work. They tried to say they would give me the order again, which i declined as it is now 11am the next day. I am now £40 down and didint get to eat last night. Will never buy...

We ordered 3 pizzas for delivery online - 2 of them with vegan cheese. They came with dairy cheese and none of the extra toppings we added. When we tried to call the store as a matter of urgency to say we simply couldn’t eat the pizzas because of allergy they were not answering (6 times). Not only this, when we went back onto the app/online to order again, thinking it was our mistake, they had REMOVED vegan cheese as an option, making us assume they’d simply not got any and tried to pull the wool over our eyes instead of being honest and cancelling our order.
