Horrible Horrible experience! Poor service! I searched Google shows that they are dog friendly! I went there with three dogs and waiting next to the door for confirming the dogs allowed to get in. Unfortunately, nobody come to answer. I came to bar to confirm and ask where I can order. The waiter was so funny said: you have to check the menu on the table and come back to the bar for the order. This is reasonable but after I say I know what I want, I can order now. Because I take three dogs and two of them are puppies, it's not convenient for me to walk around. The waiter insisted me to the table and come back to bar for ordering. I followed and come back to order steak, the waiter says we have no steak and bring a menu on the bar !!! let me to check what I can order!!! Poooot service, first you haven't mentioned anything you don't cook steak on menu or website information. And steak on your menu!! second, after I walk around suddenly can check the menu and order at the bar.! what a...

I grew up going to this bar in my teenage years so had a fondness to its old worn around the edges state yet massive atmosphere for sporting events.

I can't say that I go here frequently now however the place has been done out nice in its refurbishment. They seem to have good offers on food and the beer garden is a nice size.

The evening that we went though my major complaint was that the whole place smelt like vomit yet the toilets smelt fine. Maybe someone had been ill inside the premises? A few patrons mentioned it yet no one seemed to resolve the problem. We enjoyed being outside in the garden however I don't think I would have been able to stomach sitting inside.

Seems like a place popular with 16-25 year olds as another occasion we went to venture in recently it was very loud and busy in there and not possible to hold a conversation and so we left.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon for a bit of lunch and the food came pretty quickly. However it was not of high quality at all. I ordered a pizza and it came out completely burnt on the edges and appears to be from the freezer. Two friends ordered beer battered onion rings, the only ones on the menu. The first batch came out with the food quickly but the second lot came a bit later, and as seen from the photo, definitely not beer battered. We asked why we had been given obviously frozen onion rings and there was no clear answer other than they had run out? But surely beer battered onion rings should be made fresh? Or at least can be made fresh to order. Either way no apology was given and we're left very confused as to why we've been given food we never ordered, or at least a refund. Also the beans from the jacket potato were cold. Disappointed.
