Subway — Restaurant in Charnwood

Ordered through the just eat app, had ordered a jacket potato with cheese and taco beef with salad meal deal, a footlong bmt and footlong furious chicken. The potato had virtually no filling the salad consisted of 2 bits of lettuce 6 slices of cucumber and barely any onion,the double chocolate chip cookie was burnt. the chicken footlong had not alot of chicken but loads of jalapeños and other salad and the bmt was average. the best thing about the whole order was the cheese quavers and fanta cause they didn't actually prepare it. The jacket potato is NOT worth the money for what I got. Will not be ordering...

I had the £4.99 foot long promotion on the app which took a bit of finding on the till but they managed it.

The staff member who served me this lunchtime was friendly, chatty, polite and helpful. 10/10.

The place is unbearably hot and the heatwave is long gone. I'm told it was over 40C inside during the heatwave. The air con unit was not only partially blocked but it's broken, the air coming out was barely colder than the outside ambient.

I'd like to go back but I will not until the working conditions improve. I cannot bring myself to give money to a place that puts staff...

Beware of Delivery scams from here. I had placed an order through just eat, and received a call saying the driver had taken the wrong order and that I will have to cancel the order to get my money back. When the driver arrived(who could be in on this) he instantly said that he wasn't coming back and asked for the just eat code, stupidly I gave him the code. Now just eat won't refund because the ashby road shop say everything was delivered. Apparently it's a scam used by shops and drivers alike, after reading up on it. Youll...
