Update..'Disappointing that customers don't understand this' is because no signs tell you this is possible. If something's disappointing with my business then I would change it and you've obviously had that problem before then. All servers were busy so we thought this must be the case. It would be nice that vegan or vegetarian options were accessible from the main menu rather than having to scroll through all the different menus. Other fast food outlets don't seem to have a problem with this. Fast food doesn't mean having to stand there for ages trying to decipher a menu. Your food is normally excellent so it's disappointing that it's not that easy to order it. Original review.. Changed ordering to screens and impossible to bring up a vegan or vegetarian menu quickly. Read moreAlways had a great experience but this time little unpleasant experience.Ordred three veggie patty platter for kids birthday party for 26 Aug and order was placed 23 Aug .surprisingly veggie patty was missing in almost half of subways when charged for veggie patty one.Its not a matter of money it is matter of trust.if they were not having enough patties they should contact us rather being cheeky and do this .eventually we had a lot of wastage of food as some of them were half eaten .somebody put in plate but did not eat.very sad.but we had a back up .. PIZZA..... Will never visit this branch...
Read moreI am a big sub eater who loves subway. The outlet is just in front of the ARU Chelmsford campus. When I joined the ARU as new student, I was worried about veg food and stuff. Everywhere I could only find non veg stuff. Then one of the team members at this subway outlet Hemak Kumar, helped me in choosing fresh veg stuff here. Also, this outlet is less expensive than few other ones where I have been in London and some other parts. Now I am a regular customer.
