The worst experience ever, Christmas time.

My wife message the owner (Safina) 8 days before my daughter first birthday (1 years ago) to arrange a small simple sponge cake with her name on it.

After we agreed and payed for the order she simply didn’t respond to any messages and came after 4 days and saying she can’t doing.

Please be aware it’s Christmas time and all cake shops are busy.

Amazing and outstanding service; I showed a picture of the cake I wanted and they were able to make it exactly like that. Not only was the cake so beautiful and elegant but it tasted so delicious too! Everyone at the party commented on the cake and went in for seconds! Honestly the most incredible brownies I have ever had. The trays are perfect for a birthday or celebration and the snack size are great for an evening treat. I also ordered a cake and it was so light and creamy, again, the most perfect addition to any birthday or celebration. Highly recommend ordering from Baked London. Amazing service and delicious treats....
