Absolute joke of an establishment. Now where to start.
Been raining all evening, and the entrance slope was so slippy that both me and my friend slipped down the slope and there was no wet floor sign. Tried to order from the kiosk but the card machines kept crashing every time we tried to pay. So I spoke to one of the workers behind the main counter and she said she was aware. I asked, did you not think to put an out of order sign on the machines. She just looked at me like I was stupid, and said no. Quite frankly don’t appreciate being treated this way, I have worked in the hospitality industry for 9 years now and understand that the most important part is to communicate with your guests. But to be treated like i’m stupid and to have no communication from the staff is absolutely disgusting. When we eventually managed to order, considering also being the only people in the venue, there were no simple please or thank you’s from any of the staff just huffing and pointing. Eventually getting the food, we decided to eat in, but as to no surprise, tables absolutely filthy, left over food everywhere and not a clean table in sight. only ordering two kentucky chicken wraps and one corn of the cob for myself and my friend, it was awful. The chicken was bone dry, the skin was chewy. So obvious that it had been sat there all day and they couldn’t be othered to cook fresh. whilst we were trying to make our way through the inedible, we watched three other groups come in after us and also struggle with the same issues and the staff members stand there and either stare at their guests or completely ignore them.
When after a long day at work, all you want is a simple meal, and they can’t even manage to achieve what should be the basics of their jobs.
From an international company you would expect a better standard of service. Might only be fast food, but still a simple expectation of having food cooked fresh, it to be hot and not stone cold, and just a little bit of simple...
Read morenever recieved such poor/rude service. tried to order on the kiosks as the team members was watching us and not once did they come up to us to let us know that their machines was out of order. watched all 3 of us stood there for about 10 minutes trying to get the machines to work. we then went up to a team member at the counter to inform them that their machines was broken, and we were greeted with a snarky reply saying that they knew those machines was not working. when we then tried to pay at the counter, she laughed at me for trying to use my apple pay to then go on and explain that apple pay was the issue. once the ordeal of finally ordering our food was done, the food we recieved was stone cold and hard. it was obvious that the chicken had been cooked earlier on and just been left out all day and reheated for our order. this breaks many food safety regulations, laws and policies. we decided to eat in instead of takeaway as it was late at night and cold outside, to which we were surrounded by dirty tables covered in food, liquids and all sorts. the staff are doing next to nothing - apart from talking to each other and laughing, instead of focusing on running the restaurant and taking care of/checking on customers. since sitting at the table, at least 3 other groups have tried to order from the kiosks and not one of them was told the issue regarding apple pay. i am really disappointed with my experience at this kfc. i think management need to have a long hard think about what's important when managing a business that once used to be loved by many as this was a...

With some friends When I made my order the food came missing some items and when I questioned the lady who was serving us she was very helpful but then the manager came and asked what was going on and I explained what happened and she very rude said to the other lady “ just give whatever he wants and get rid of it”. The other lady agin was very uncomfortable because the way the manager replied to us and started to give me the missing items, and I asked about beans, because I wanted to buy some and again the manager came and said to me “ what do you want beans for? You already have corn! “. I said it was for my daughter and she said you have the corn just free the till because I need others to serve. So me and my friends were really disappointed and horrified with the way KFC manager treats their customers.
