This branch which is located at Banbury cross retail park made our day we really appreciated the quality of the coffee and the variety of drinks available at Costa Coffee. The gentleman who served us was so helpful and knowledgeable about all. The branch offers a range of espresso-based drinks, as well as iced coffee, hot chocolate, and teas. We found lots of customers enjoying the food options, which include sandwiches, pastries, and cakes.

Hi. I came in to the Coffee shop with my wife this Sunday at 3.30pm. The staff where not very receptive just asking Eating in or out no smile. I had a query on a offer that we had recieved i was told they couldn't help Stop. I was eating in when my order came they wanted to give it to me in a plastic cup . I expect it was because most of the tables where covered in dirty trays and cups so not very pleasant to sit in. The coffee was very weak not to the normal standard it was like hot milk. we go regularly to the Costa Coffee next to the Premier Inn where we are always greeted nicely and the tables are cleared regularly. Visitef 9/12/16 dirty tables, facilities in general a mess. Staff totslly uninterested that my hot chocolate was lukewarm. In fact were quite argumentative. A man in his 30's was completely rude and abnoxious. Two girls on the coffee machine one very inexperienced. Mine was not the only drink being returned. Had to basically beg for replacement after one sip of lukewarm drink, what am I paying for in the first place ? Its not the first time that staff here have had a couldn't care less attitude, so me and my regular party will not be returning here. After 3 separate occasions of problems...
