Caprinos Pizza Chesterfield — Restaurant in Chesterfield

Caprinos Pizza is by far one of if not the best pizza takeaways in and around Chesterfield to date,not only are their ingredients deliciously fresh but they are put together and cooked in such a way that that makes their pizza's a cut above the rest,I've had the pleasure of meeting all the staff including the manager of the Chesterfield outlet and are one of the nicest group of people who are not only good at but also take a great amount of pride in what they do.I recently found myself homeless and had fallen on hard times,I han next to no money and had not eaten a hot meal in almost a week,I explained this to the staff including the manager,I offered to do some work if they could help me with some hot food,to which they said no,I not only felt embarrassed but I felt very low in general and went to leave but this was not what the manager ment,he not only gave me an exceptional meal (nice and hot)but he found the time to actually sit and talk to me,I not only left their with a hot meal but I felt so much better just having a random conversation,i cannot thank the staff an Caprinos enough for what they did for me on that day,even so their pizzas are without question 10 out of 10,I highly recommend...

45 minutes to deliver on a midweek night, the pepperoni pizza was overdone and dry, the create your own (kebab, peppers, onion, green chilli) was by far the better of the two but both pizza's didn't have anywhere near enough cheese, there was no stringy meltiness. The dips (one free with each pizza) were delivered in a separate bag and were oven hot, cheap and tasted mostly of vinegar. We ordered deep pan but the pizzas were so thin we suspect that they got the order wrong and sent thin crust, if not then the thin crust pizza could probably only be measured with a micrometer!! I'll accept that it might have been a bad night in the kitchen but as this was our first experience, it's not one...

AVOID and please read 'newest' reviews before you order. This is my first 1 star review. We ordered via the website and 1 hr and 20 minutes later the food had still not arrived. I called and was told the food was on its way. The pizza arrived 15 minutes later (1 hr and 35 minutes after we ordered it). The customer service was overall very poor and the food was luke warm. We were also given the wrong dip. I had high hopes upon ordering but sadly I will never order...
